Terms of Use
Last Updated: January 15, 2025
Welcome to crenovaxari. These terms govern your use of our budget compliance education services and website. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We're based in Melbourne and operate throughout Australia, providing educational resources focused on budget management and financial compliance. Take a moment to read through these terms carefully.
Acceptance and Scope
These terms create a binding agreement between you and crenovaxari when you access our website, enroll in our programs, or use any of our educational services. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you shouldn't use our services.
Our terms apply to all users including prospective students, enrolled learners, website visitors, and anyone accessing our educational content or resources. We update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements, and we'll notify enrolled students of significant changes via email.
What These Terms Cover
This agreement covers your use of our website at crenovaxari.com, all educational programs we offer, downloadable resources and materials, online learning platforms and tools, and any communication channels we provide for student support.
Educational Services
crenovaxari provides budget compliance education through various formats including online courses, workshop sessions, educational materials, and practical training resources. Our programs typically run from six months to one year depending on the course structure.
We design our curriculum based on current Australian financial compliance standards and industry practices. Content gets updated regularly to reflect changes in regulations and best practices, though we can't guarantee that every aspect will always be completely current given how fast things change in finance.
- Course content remains our intellectual property and can't be redistributed
- Access to course materials is granted for the duration of your enrollment plus six months
- We reserve the right to modify curriculum content to improve educational outcomes
- Some courses may have prerequisites or recommended background knowledge
- Practical exercises may require specific software or tools which you'll need to provide
While we're committed to providing quality education, we can't guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, or job placements. Your success depends on many factors including your effort, prior experience, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
Enrollment and Payment
When you enroll in our programs, you're committing to complete the coursework and meet any assessment requirements. Payment terms vary by program but are clearly outlined during the enrollment process.
Most of our programs for 2025 and 2026 operate on a semester basis with enrollment periods opening three months before the start date. We accept payment in full or through approved installment plans for qualifying students.
Refund Policy
You can withdraw within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund if you haven't accessed more than 10% of the course materials. After this cooling-off period, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the course, minus an administration fee of 15%.
If we cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program starting within six months.
Your Responsibilities
You're expected to maintain professional conduct when using our services and interacting with instructors or other students. This includes respecting intellectual property, participating honestly in assessments, and treating everyone with courtesy.
You need to provide accurate information during enrollment and keep your account details secure. If you're accessing our platform from a shared computer, make sure to log out after each session.
- Complete coursework within the specified timeframes
- Maintain your own backup copies of any work you submit
- Use our learning platform only for educational purposes
- Report any technical issues or content errors promptly
- Keep your contact information current so we can reach you about program updates
Academic Integrity
We take academic honesty seriously. Submitting someone else's work as your own, sharing assignment solutions, or using unauthorized resources during assessments violates our academic integrity policy and may result in expulsion without refund.
Intellectual Property Rights
All course content, materials, videos, written resources, and educational tools we provide remain our property or that of our licensed content providers. You're granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal educational purposes only.
You can't record, copy, distribute, or share course materials outside of your personal use without written permission. This protects both our business and the instructors who create this content.
Taking screenshots for personal notes is fine, but distributing course materials through file-sharing sites, social media, or other platforms is prohibited and may result in legal action and immediate termination of your access.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with Australian privacy legislation including the Privacy Act 1988. This includes your contact details, academic progress, payment information, and platform usage data.
Your information helps us deliver educational services, communicate important updates, improve our programs, and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your data to third parties, though we may share necessary information with payment processors, platform providers, and regulatory bodies when required.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and should notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our educational services with reasonable care and skill, but we can't be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our services. This includes lost profits, business interruption, or missed opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you've paid for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for services not provided with acceptable quality or care.
- We're not responsible for technical issues with your internet connection or devices
- Third-party links or resources are provided for convenience without endorsement
- We can't guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our platform
- Career outcomes and salary expectations are not guaranteed or warranted
Platform Usage and Access
We grant you access to our online learning platform for the duration of your enrollment. This access depends on you following these terms and maintaining good standing with your payment obligations.
Sometimes we need to perform maintenance or updates that might temporarily interrupt service. We try to schedule these during off-peak hours and will give advance notice when possible, though emergency maintenance might happen without warning.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, attempt to hack or disrupt our systems, or fail to meet payment obligations. You'll receive notice before suspension unless immediate action is necessary to protect our systems or other users.
Modifications to Services
We're constantly working to improve our programs and may change course content, structure, or delivery methods. Enrolled students will be notified of substantial changes that affect their current program, though minor updates and improvements happen regularly without specific notice.
If we discontinue a program you're enrolled in, we'll either help you complete it through alternative arrangements or offer enrollment in a comparable program. In cases where neither option is feasible, we'll provide a pro-rata refund for uncompleted portions.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns or disputes about our services, please contact us first so we can try to resolve things informally. Most issues can be sorted out through direct communication with our student support team.
For disputes that can't be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in Melbourne, Victoria, and these terms are governed by Australian law.
Complaints Process
Submit formal complaints in writing to our student services team. We'll acknowledge receipt within three business days and provide a substantive response within 15 business days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to relevant educational authorities or consumer protection agencies in Australia.
Third-Party Services
Our programs may integrate with or reference third-party tools, software, or platforms. While we choose these partners carefully, we're not responsible for their services, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Some third-party tools may require separate accounts or purchases. We'll clearly indicate when external resources are optional versus required for course completion.
General Provisions
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that right.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and crenovaxari regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. You can't assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms regularly, especially before enrolling in new programs.
